Reach your community

GoReach is the going-out half of Passport — knocking doors, handing out cards, and keeping track of the people you met so somebody actually follows up.

Where Bring guests in is about people finding you, this is about you finding them.

In this section

PageWhat it covers

Where to start

Open Outreach in the main navigation. The dashboard has three views — Map, List and Follow-ups — and a Quick capture button for logging somebody you have just met.

Capture first, organise later. An interaction logged roughly on a doorstep is worth more than one logged perfectly a week after everybody forgot the details.

:::tip Do this from a phone Outreach is the part of Passport that is genuinely better on a phone. The Passport app has a Team View with GoReach in it, including Nearby View, which the web app does not have. :::

How it connects

The physical counterpart to all of this is the prospect card — a printed QR card you hand somebody, which lets them register themselves without your team typing anything.

When a prospect does turn up, they appear in the Guests hub like any other guest. To find out whether any of it is working, Guest Funnel analytics shows which routes in actually produce people who show up.
