Run your week

Running your week is the recurring machinery — what is on the calendar, who turned up, checking children in safely, and collecting whatever you need to collect from people.

This is the part that happens whether or not anybody new walks through the door.

Where to start

Take attendance once. It sounds trivial and it is the single highest-value habit in Passport. Attendance is what turns "they said they were coming" into "they came" — without it there is no show rate, no retention, and no way to notice when a regular quietly stops coming.

If you run children's ministry, set up your check-in rooms before your first Sunday. You need at least one room before anybody can check a child in.

How it connects

Attendance feeds nearly everything else: the show rate on your dashboard, the retention cohorts in the growth pipeline, whether a guest counts as having turned up in the Guests hub, and progress toward membership under Visitor-Member Path.
