See what's working
Seeing what's working answers the question a headcount cannot: of the people we reached, how many are still here?
Attendance on any given Sunday tells you almost nothing on its own. What matters is how many first-time guests came back, how long it took, and which way in — the card, the Visit Page, a knock on the door — actually produced members.

Where to start
Select Analytics in the main navigation. If your church is new, expect thin data for the first few weeks — most of these numbers need several Sundays of attendance before they mean anything.
Start with retention rather than attendance. A church whose attendance is flat but whose retention is climbing is in better shape than the reverse.
:::note Recent periods always look worse Somebody who visited last Sunday has not had time to come back. The most recent weeks in any retention chart are incomplete rather than bad — Guest Funnel explains how to read them. :::
How it connects
Everything here is downstream of data your team enters during the week. If a number looks wrong, the fix is almost always upstream: attendance not being recorded, or guests not being captured in the Guests hub.
